1. 50% amount of the guaranteed members of party will be taken as advance at the time of booking.
2. Remaining amount will be paid in cash only, immediately after the party
3. Advance given will not be refunded in case of cancellation.
4. During the party any loss or damage to Hotel’s property by members of the party shall be charged to the party’s bill.
5. In case of change in the number of persons, it should be intimated 48 hours before the function.
6. The guest shall be charged for the minimum guaranteed number of person or the actual number (which ever is higher).
7. Duration of snacks’ service in case of package rate will be for one hour only.
8. No amplified music either live or recorded will be allowed beyond 10 p.m. in the lawns & 11 p.m. in the Banquet Hall.
9. Band accompanying the barat shall not be allowed in the Hotel premises. |
